Christmas this year seemed less hectic than last year. Mainly because we put up our tree 3 weeks before rather than 3 days before.
Jesse and I successfully finished our semesters. Jesse had really good grades this semester. I did too. Jesse is still planning to finish up in April and I will unfortunately have to take 1 more class over the summer, but it's online so I can't complain too much. I switched my major from history to a plain-Jane generals associate degree. I will be doing the rest of my classes online this way, which is more flexible for Jesse's last semester.
We spent Christmas Eve night at Jesse's parents house this year and spent Christmas Day there. It was a blast sharing Christmas morning with them. I think they really enjoyed seeing Lilly open up all the presents that Santa left behind for her. Santa probably went a little overboard this year with presents, but oh well.
Jesse surprised me this year with a new camera. Our old camera broke and for a month I kept telling Jesse that we needed to get a new one. He insisted that he was going to fix it. Come Christmas morning, we still didn't have a camera and I was sad that we were going to miss out on all these great memories. Needless to say, I'm glad I didn't go behind his back and buy another camera because I LOVE the camera he got me.

Lilly got a kitchen for Christmas this year. Her nursery leaders have told us that she plays with the kitchen there every Sunday, so we (ahem, I mean Santa) thought that would make an awesome present. She also got a Sleeping Beauty Dress-Up set, a couple movies and some wooden blocks (which I think daddy wanted more than Lilly did).
Jesse got a couple Wii games, a DS game and some cd's which include our new favorite Beatles' White Album.
