We're still here...

We've been so busy lately we forgot about our blog.
Hopefully this one will satisfy everyone.

April came and went. At the end of the month Jesse and Lilly got
really sick. Whatever was going around at that time they both got it
pretty bad! It wouldn't have been such a big deal, but it was
the week of Jesse's finals!

Jesse started Spring Term at BYU in April. Besides getting some
practice decorating cakes and registering for classes for the fall,
May seemed to be pretty uneventful.

Lilly is growing and growing every day! She is now an expert
walker (almost a runner). She loves blowing bubbles, blowing
kisses, she loves to feed herself, still cries whenever Jesse
leaves and gets excited when she hears him coming in the
front door. She is currently cutting a couple teeth in the
back, so she's sleeping alot right now (YAY!). This past
weekend was the Freedom Festival Baby Contest. We
took her, but because she wasn't feeling well, she just
scowled at the judges. I'm guessing she didn't win that.
We didn't even bother going to the awards ceremony.

Last weekend was Michelle and Ryan's wedding. Here is a picture
(not great) of the cake I did. When it was all assembled it had
purple hydrangeas on the top of each tier. The picture doesn't
really give it the justice, but it will do. It was alot of work. Thank
goodness for caffeine!!!! Plus it didn't help that Lilly got sick the
day I started to decorate them!

Jesse took his final today and passed the class with an A-.
I am so excited for him!!!!!
