What it's like to be skinny...
Most of you know that recently Jesse and I ran into a great deal on a treadmill. For those of you that don't know let me give the gist of it. We got a free treadmill through KSL classifieds, the circuit board needed repairs, found someone on eBay that would fix it for $60. So, we basically got this perfect treadmill for $60.
Anyone who has seen me over the past 4 years know that I have gained WAY to much weight (a little of that thanks to Lilly). After Jesse put the treadmill back together this week I've started utilizing it. I'm only on day 2 of "Mission Fat Blasting". Wish me luck!!! Yesterday I only did 30 minutes but tonight I was able to push myself to 1 hour (inclining every 10 minutes).
Sorry to bore those out there. I just needed to profess to everyone out there that this time next year, I'm going to weigh 70 lbs. less!!!!!!!!!! I'll update every so often on my progress.

Karina!!! I am excited for you. I too have put on some unnecessary pounds so I am joining your fat blasting campaign. One of the things that helps me the most is to not eat after 7:30 at night because that is when I go snack happy. You guys are going to do awesome...e-mail if you are having a tough day and I will help you out. luv erin
Congratulations on your awesome find Karina. Erin and I try to run together as often as we can to stay in shape. We will go running at about 7:30 am. Henry in Theordore in a double jogging stroller and George behind us on his bike. It was really difficult when we first started but has gotten a lot easier. Erin even loves running now and we love the way we feel. You won't regret it. Running is truly the sport for winners and I know that because as we like to say in our family "Summerills are WINNERS!" I am excited for you too. Mark.
